Waco, Texas – Law enforcement sources in Texas have indicated that nine bikers killed in Waco at the Twin Peaks Restaurant parking lot on May 17 was as a result from gunfire by Waco police, according to forensic and video evidence withheld by the corrupt McLennan County D.A.’s Office, including Abel Reyna, the McLennan District Attorney himself and Waco police. All forensic and video evidence from the Twin Peaks biker massacre has been withheld and the release of video could result in criminal charges against Waco police officers and a Waco police detective that fabricated similar criminal charges against 170 bikers and several women to cover-up the biker massacre.
The McLennan County judges, Waco police, the Waco Mayor and the McLannan County District Attorney Reyna are known for their family ties in governing, political control, keeping the feds and the Texas State Attorney General’s Office from taking over the biker cases resulting in allegations of corruption and a major cover-up of the Twin Peaks massacre.
The biker criminal warrant affidavits by Waco Police Detective Manuel Chavez illegally claimed without probable cause that all of the bikers detained engage in organized crime and were bonded by Justice of the Peace Walter H. Peterson who signed the warrants by Chavez and set illegal bonds of $1M each for the 177 arrested. Peterson can not preside over felony cases (only misdemeanor cases without jail time or bonds and civil cases up to $10k in liability), sign felony warrants or even set bonds, according to Texas state law.
Abel Reyna, the McLennan County District Attorney, Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman and other McLennan County judges knew that Peterson couldn’t sign felony warrants and set excessive bonds, but kept quiet and proceeded to hold bikers on frivolous charges.
Reyna was able to have McLennan County Judges put a gag order for victims (bikers) charged and their defense attorneys not to talk about the pending cases. Ballistic forensic and video evidence was withheld from attorneys and the public including media since May. Attorneys for the majority of defendants have been filing for the forensic and video evidence to be release in order to get a fair trial.
The Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents representing most of the bikers charged confirmed that they will be filing a joint civil rights lawsuit against the Waco Police Department and McLennan County District Attorney Reyna for filing frivolous criminal charges against members (bikers) of the Confederation.

The following nine victims were killed by Waco police during the Twin Peaks Restaurant biker altercation between the Bandidos and Cassacks M.C.s in Waco, Texas.

McGregor is 14 miles West of Waco, and enveloped by McLennan County ‘Corrupt Powers That Be’.
My 19 y/o son, Joshua, was found dead in Amsler Park, on February 16, 2006.
McLennan County also prevented the Texas Attorney General/Texas Rangers to take this case!
McGregor PD didn’t investigate. McLennan County Sheriff’s Dept said they would and get back to me…..5 years ago! Texas Rangers denied my investigation request, not once, but twice; The Ranger, Stephen Foster, retired to become Chief of Police in McGregor! Coincidence? Former chief, Ronald Wadkins SUGGESTED that I relocate!
I AM VERY AEARE OF MCLENNAN COUNTY ‘DIRTTY DEEDS’!

And this is something WE didn’t know? They have spun and buried this to the effect that when (or if) this comes out the Public will just shrug and think “Well, they were just criminals, so what”.

Had our son’s step sister ran over and killed by a sheriff’s son right there close in Bruce Eddy while he was drunk and nothing was ever done to this murder. He walks free still today. They are all corrupt.

Emiliano you are very correct. Within 1 hour of the melee at TP, Sgt. Swanton was planting the seed by his statements to the press about outlaw biker gangs coming to settle their score in Waco.. He must of used the words gangs and outlaw criminals 40 times in his initial statement to media. His press releases were scripted in advance because this was a well planned and thought out assault on these folks at the TP. They staged the area days in advance with tower cameras and swat positions. Most negative responses to what happened all go to what you are saying that is people have the attitude they were gang members and criminals and they got what they deserved…

I may be a Supporter of HA’s, but to just kill bikers is PLAIN WRONG!!!! It don’t matter we are adversaries…this is CORRUPTION Plain & Simple!!! And they wonder why people are fighting back!!! Nobody trusts the Law no more!!!! But remember why we have the 2nd Amendment, to protect us against a tyrannical government… There is a plot to force Martial Law in the US…this might be a part of the ploy. Be careful people!!! To those who have perished @ the hand of these Traitors…”Moe I Ka Maluhia” (Hawaiian: Rest In Peace)…

Why doesn’t the U.S. president step in and order the Texas Rangers or FBI to investigate the Waco shooting, it is evident to the rest of the world that this was set up by state police and they should answer for it. For the President to sit back and do nothing is appalling. Our hearts in England go out to all those who died. Justice for bikers. It’s only because you have colours on your backs that your targeted there are a lot worse out there and they are gangs not MC clubs, but that would make the Police work for there money. Corrupt Police and Authorities in this cases are nothing more than murderers. Come Obahma step up and show the world what sort of man is running the Frand old USA.

The President is a little busy but our Texas Governor has said Anything & in fact ignores all letters, calls & emails (same for all our Representatives). I would like info on the sources, I completely believe the facts will show that Waco PD did all the killing in this pre meditated massacre & that’s why no ballistics or videos have been released, but this story states it has sources & I’d love to see those cause it’s time!

Leigh, I am not Red & Gold nor in a support club (we are neutral) but we are governed by them in Texas as you know. None of us should be adversaries any more, especially after this massacre. We have known this in our heart of hearts all along but I’m damn glad to see it in print.

Dave, that clown in DC has no jurisdiction over the Rangers and the victims weren’t dark enough for him to send in the feds #truth #racistpresident
