Garcia will have to serve at least 42 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision for a conviction of 6 counts of felony child abuse.

Milwaukee, WI – On Friday, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Rebecca F. Dallet sentenced Jennifer L. Garcia, 33, to more than 68 years in prison for 6 felony counts of child abuse, one count for child neglect, one count for causing mental harm to a child and 4 counts of intimidating a witness, according to court records. Garcia will at least be incarcerated for 42 years with an additional 15 years of extended supervision.
Garcia was convicted for the 2014 child abuse case of a 3-year-old that was left mentally disabled after been in struck in the head and burned with a cigarette. Garcia was left to care for her boyfriend’s child while he served time in prison.
The child is now 5-years-old and will suffer from a life time mental disability caused by the physical abuse that Garcia inflicted on the child, according to Judge Dallat.
